When sending attachments, the person on the other end does not receive them.
This has been happening ever since I purchased outlook 2003

When i log into outlook and start a new email, HTML format i go to attach
file from the top of the menu. It shows as an attachment, this file comes
from my documents, I also tried to send a zip file with winzip and the person
on the other end still does not get the file. I have been sending files to
this person for over a year without any problems. Any suggetions? Microsoft
says to send with an extention or as a zip file. Office 2003 is not worth all
this trouble!

How do you know the problem is at your end? Outlook 2003 sends attachments
the same as any other version.
