How To Send Auto Weekly E-mail??

Hey Peeps,

At work i have to send an e-mail at 8am every monday
morning with a file attached. The file is called the last
mondays date, ie 04/08/2003 (DD/MM/YYYY).

Does anyone know how to get the e-mail to send
automatically but before sending it should attach the file
described above.

I guess it will take some VB script but mines not so
great. Its difficult to explain so if you think you can
help but need to know more please contact me
