How to set up autoreply based on subject line and or sender using a specific
template that I can create in MS outlook 2003

Hi, dc,

Check the options under Tools | Rules and Alerts | E-mail rules. Use "New
Rule" to create a rule based on subject line and sender. There's a Rules
Wizard that walks you through the steps.
