how to set caption in data access page

Elizabeth- Database Programming Enquiry

I m going to design a search form which can filter multiple fields once
user key in more than 1 keyword at the search form.I m not sure the code and
not sure :

Q1 May i know how to set the caption section, header section in Ms access
data access page?

Q2 May i know what the meaning of outermost group level, server filter and
where to seach it out while i m in data access page?

Q3 I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THIS STEP: To prevent the outermost group
level from retrieving records before the selection is made, in the Data
Outline window, set the ServerFilter property of the outermost RecordsetDef
object to an expression that returns False .Because i can't find the
property setting for ServerFilter ,Data Outline window

Pls reply me, quite urgent.Thank you.
