How to set up flagged msg rule for immediate move

I want to create a rule that takes msgs I flag for followup and move to an
action folder

Is there anyway to make it so the moment I flag a msg it moves right away to
the folder ?

Currently it only works if I rightclick and sent it manually

No. You could set up a schedule to run a script that moved flagged messages
from one or more specified folders to another folder, to run every 1 minute
or so.
