Once you have installed the latest version of Palm Desktop, along with
the suitable drivers for your Palm model, you must drag the Microsoft
Entourage Conduit from the Disabled Conduit folder to the Conduit
folder. To access conduits:
Library/Application Support/Palm HotSync
Once this is done, close all programs, attach the cradle to the
computer, attach the Palm to the cradle, and push the HotSync Button.
