How to sort contacts by surname?

All my contacts in Entourage 2004 are sorted by first name.
I don´t find a possibility to sort them by surname.
Any Idea?

Hi Manuel,

note that while Entourage displays your contacts by "First name, Name", it
actually sorts them by "Name, First name".
