Hi

you've not really provided enough information for us to assist with - it is
always best to ask a specific question when possible.

However, you can count the number of items in a range using either the
COUNT, COUNTA, COUNTIF or SUMPRODUCT functions depending exactly on what it
is you're trying to do.

Additionally, Excel isn't the ideal product for databases .. again depending
on what you're trying to achieve.

If you'ld like to provide more details we should be able to assist further.

I need to start a data base for my company and be able to
count the number of information given in each cell. If

Databases" (43 minutes length), that can introduce you in the capabilities
of Excel dealing with data.
