How to stop capitalization in Entourage 2008

I prefer writing my email in lowercase...but Entourage continually
'corrects' things for me by capitalizing the first letter of new
sentence. I have all 'spelling' preferences unchecked, but it keeps
doing this. Very annoying. How to stop it?

Tools>AutoCorrect, Capitalize first letter of sentences.
