How to stop the receipt of a large E-mail that is preventing outlo

I'm being sent an E-mail that is 5.77mb. At the point of receiving say 2kb
the outlook program stops.
How do I get rid of the incoming message?

Log into your ISP's web mail and delete it from there.
If your ISP doesn't offer web mail access, you can use
http://mail2web.com.

Gary, that was excellent. I have now removed the offending mail and am back
up and running.
