How to sync all IMAP mailboxes?

Hello,

I have an IMAP server that has server side rules, so mail is always being
put into different mailboxes. How can I sync all mailboxes in Entourage? It
seems that the mailbox only gets syncs when I click on it.

I'm looking for a feature similar to Mail's "Synchronize <account>".

If you select the name of your IMAP account on the account list on the
left-side pane, you should see a list of all folders in the main window
(if they dont all show up, you can right-click the name to use the
Download list of all folders command).
You can right-click the name of any folder in the main window to either
subscribe, or unsubscribe to it.

This setting defines whether Entourage checks the folders or not when it
syncs with the IMAP account.

What I want to know is how can I, with one command (or script) refresh the
message list and download all message bodies for all mailboxes in my IMAP
account?

Go to Tools > Schedules, and open your "Send & Receive All" schedule. Under
"Actions", you should see a "Receive mail" action for your IMAP account.
Click the "Account options" button. Check each folder you want to
synchronize, and set synchronization settings to "All Messages". Click OK
to save your changes. Now Entourage will receive messages from those other
folders when you runthe send & receive all schedule from the toolbar or the
Tools menu or by pressing Command-K.

Ahh! That is what I wanted! Of course I not have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome due
to all the clicking. Do I have to remember to do this every single time I
add a mailbox? How can I set me defaults?

One other thing that will make this easier, if your server supports it, is
Tools > Accounts > (your IMAP account) > Options > Live Sync (stay connected
with server) and uncheck "Only connect to Inbox."
