How to sync Calendar with Exchange Calendar?

Hello,
I just finished setting up my Entourage to work with Exchange however, my
Exchange Calendar folder only shows up as a standard folder not a Calendar
and the items look like basic messages. Is there a way to configure the
views of the Calendar folder like you do in Outlook?

Also, I'd like to know how I can change my default "inbox" to be my Exchange
inbox. It doesn't seem to have the same sort of configuration capabilities
like you have with Outlook.

It actually should be displaying in the Entourage calendar view, not in the
folder list.

This was posted earlier:
Tip: On the exchange server IIS interface. Make sure in properties of the
default web site, on the Web Site tab, "HTTP keep-alives enabled" is checked.
Once this is done, all Entourage clients free/busy info is updated and can
schedule appointments seeing user data on exchange.

You cannot set a default inbox. To set the default mail account, go to
Tools -> Accounts, select your Exchange account, and click the "Make
Default" button. Perhaps if you clarify what you're used to doing in
Outlook, we can find a way to do it in Entourage.
