Greetings all,
The machine is Mac runing 10.3.1 OS, I installed Microsoft office
2004, v 11. Need to sync the entourage with a Kyocera 6305 smart
phone.
Following what I found in this group, I tried to install the hand held
sync installer from the additional folder in Office 2004, however, I
receive
"The installer failed because the palm hotsync folder is missing"
message, I found palm hotsync folder from a previous installation and
moved the Office hand held sync file to the same directory but still
same problem.
I also searched the web for a Palm desktop Mac software for the
Kyocera 6305 but found none.
This is my boss configuration please any help is greatly appreciated.
