How to transfer 2007 settings to another system

Office 2007 running on XP and I would like to move all my settings and
configuration options (customization included) to my work Office 2007 (in XP
Pro environment).

How can I achieve this goal?
I cannot find a utility that performs the task and File Transfer Utilities
do not allow for specific program settings to be transferred, so that is
really not an option.

It seems a settings/customization tool should be a standard tool provided
with Office 2007...maybe it is and I just don't see it anywhere. Thank you
in advance for your assistance.
