How to transfer from PowerPoint to Photoshop

Hi,
I need to send figures in a photoshop format. They have been done initially
in Powerpoint. When I import those figures from Powerpoint to photoshop, the
resolution is not good.
Do you have any advices.

I read it as photoshop to powerpoint....not the other way around!
