how to turn on "you've got mail" notification

which version of outlook and what type of notification are you looking for?
The sound file that says 'you've got mail" is for AOL - but you can change
the outlook new mail ding to any other sound, if you have the file for it.

i checked thru my file, i dont have the sound that i want. i'm not using AOL..

i'm actually looking for new email notification with a sound "you've got
mail".... the existing sound that i have is the standard sound...

maybe i need to d/l the sound, but i could find the "you've got mail" sound
