How to un-link note from contact?

Hi

I linked a note to a contact, but cannot find anyway to un-link it, with the
exception of deletion. Help!

Open the note, Click the note icon in the upper-left corner of the item and
then click Contacts. In the Contacts for Note dialog, select and delete the
contact you no longer want linked to the note.
