Hi Amarin,
You'll need to have a copy of Office 2003 Professional edition that was installed from an Office Admin Point (available only in
corporate/volume license versions). You can then run setup using either command line properties or calling a setup.ini file to
change the feature states (in this case to make Access 2003 'not available'.
http://microsoft.com/office/ork/2003
Note that doing so still uses a MS Office Professional License, it does not change to an Office 'standard edition' license from not
using an available feature.
