How to update outlook settings?

I have a preconfigured office which automaticly configure outlook with an
exchange server.
My problem is that we make a new exchange server, and i wanna reconfigure
the installed offices, when a new user start the outlook first time, the
outlook configure the mailbox the new exchange server, not the previous.
Any idea how can i change it? Any registry key or file wich need to change?

Use the tools in the Office Resource Kit to create and deploy a new .prf file with the desired settings.
