how to use an excelsheet that is already in my userform

Hi,

I have a problem.

I'am trying to get my whole application in a multipage userform.
I even got an excelsheet in the userform consisting of five columns and 'x'
numer of rows depending on the input of the user.
ihave a few questions:
- how can i limit the numer of columns and rows for the user to scroll to in
this userform-sheet ?

- the user can fill out the userform excelsheet with data but then i would
like this data to be transformed or linked to cells in my underlying
spreadsheet....
Any ideas?
