how to view complete address

how can i see in the view panel the full address?? some of my contact
in the entourange address book has longer street address. i cannot see
the full or complete address of my contact.

I've reproduced your problem on my machine. The street address must be
extremely long before you'll see this issue. Unfortunately, you can not
adjust the width of the address as you view it in the preview pane but
you can break it into smaller parts by simply using returns. For
example, instead of

10999 Excruciatingly Long Address Boulevard, Suite 5000

you can put in a return to break the address into two lines

10999 Excruciatingly Long Address Boulevard
Suite 5000

thanks but it does not show the complete address either....the example
is the following:


Eastern Canumay Industrial Compound,
North Diversion East Service Road,
Lawang Bato

Above is the street address from one of my contacts but on the view
panel you can only see:

Eastern Canumay Industrial Compound, N..........

I hope there is a better way to have this view completely. Please
help.

An option is to click on the icon by the address (look like a little man
with a ³I³ on a red background) in the Summary window that will allowyou to
Save email and address to the clipboard.

yes....i knew this option already but I think there should be a better
way to view the complete address of the view panel. maybe microsoft
should do something about this.

Did you possibly copy/paste this address into your Contact record? The
space after the first comma many not be a "breaking" space but a
"non-breaking" space that's keeping the two lines together. Delete both
the comma and the space and insert a hard "return". This should break
them properly and then they should appear on separate lines.

what do you mean by hard "return"?? but if you are saying that
hitting return will seperate the two lines, i think it will not as i
see to it that i hit return for the second line. you can try it with
the following street address:

Eastern Canumay Industrial Compound,
North Diversion East Service Road,
Lawang Bato

and you can see even by hitting return that the street address is
show as:

Eastern Canumay Industrial Compound, N..........
