HP LaserJet 5000 cutting off the bottom of the page

We are experiencing a weird problem with our 5000s. When we print from Office
XP to some of our 5000s the botton 3rd of the page gets cut off. It only
happens on certain printers and it doesn't happen all of the time and it
doesn't happen to everyone. The user can print the document and have the
problem, come back at a later time and print it again and it prints fine. The
only solution we have been able to come up with is to install a local TCP/IP
printer on the systems that experience the problem and install the LJ 5si MX
driver. Using this connection to the 5000 does not produce the problem. We
don't think it is a margin problem because the text just disappears instead
of getting shifted to the next page. We also don't think it is a hardware
problem because when the user does a print preview it shows up in there. We
thought it was a driver problem but all of our 5000s are using the same
driver (5000 PCL 5e) and not all of them have the problem. Any help would be
appreciated. Thank you.

Double-check the page size you have for Word - see if it's set correctly?
