html behind pps show

Created an autorun pps. with hyperlinks to html files within the CD. Works perfect except on some computers when you click the hypelink brings the html file behind the presentation and you only see it when exiting the show. On other computers works just fine launching the html page in the browser and when shut down goes back to the show. Any suggestions?
