HTML - compose mails with embedded pictures???

The only thing I really miss about Entourage is, that it seems to be
impossible to create HTML-mails with embedded pictures, backgrounds and all
that. I was used that feature in Netscape Messenger and I badly miss it now.
Or did I just not find how to do it?
Idea anyone?
