Hi,
Quit Entourage & try deleting com.microsoft.browserfont.cache & Tasman
Broser.cache files from <Harddisk>/Users/Home folder (Folder with a Home
icon) /Library/Caches.
When you relaunch Entourage the HTML messages should appear fine.

Hi,
Most of the copy in html emails i receive are messed up. Some of the
headlines i can read but the rest of it all garbled.
like this:
HQT "OQT" wfp tgf o lpwg o k cu equk "vg" j an "i tcki qh"
the only way i could read it is to copy and paste to another program.
I have tried changing the fonts in the pref with no luck.
I have used the font cache program: font finagler with no luck.
anybody have any ideas.
