Hugh,

Yes, you can. You do it first of all via File| Save as Web Page, choose your
title and then hit the Publish button, at least for recent versions. That
will put the generated html on your hard drive. You then need to upload the
html to your web site.

If you just want to copy what is on the web page as a PowerPoint slide, then do
a screen capture, and paste into PowerPoint. If you want to insert WebPages and
view real time, then you need to go here. http://www.mvps.org/skp/liveweb.htm.
If you want to turn your presentation into a HTML file, then what Glen said
