HTML links not working in messages

Try turn Word on as your email editor
- what is your message format? is it HTML/Rich Text or
Plain Text?

work. In otherwords, I click on a url within a message and
my browser doesn't open, basically nothing happens. I have
to view the source of the email and find the href link,
copy it, then paste it in my browser. Is there a setting
somewhere within Outlook that has been turned off? I can't
seem to find one if there is.
