HTML Links with different text

How do I put a link in an email where the displayed text is different
than the full link data? For instance, I want to put "Volunteer Here"
in my text with a link to "http://www.myweb.com/valunteer/".

I receive emails all the time that display this correctly, so I know
Entourage is capable of handling it. I can do it in Word, but when I
copy and paste into Entourage, it unmerges the link and the text. I can
forward messges that do it, so Entourage is capable of sending it. What
am I missing?

Sorry about that. I knew I had posted the question, but I couldn't find
it yesterday for some reason. I found it now.
