HTML Menu for Autorun CD

Here's what I would like to create:
a menu (html page) about 600 x 600 pixels (fixed non-adjustable size)
and with no windows menu at top (basically a picture frame type window)
and with a picture background (of course)
and with text type hyperlinks (vs buttons) linked to files on the CD: ex:
'Watch The Video' or 'Read The Book' et-cetera
and it will initialize when the CD it's on is loaded in the drive

I know this has got to be simple and can be done without using java. I
can't seem to find anything in the huge FrontPage manuals I have or in the
help menus. What I find on the web are mostly java script and code
generators that don't fit the bill. I'm using FrontPage 2002 on XP Pro.
Can someone lead me in the right direction?

Create the index.html fiel (web page) as the autorun file for the Cd.
