Sure, in the signature creation pane, turn on the HTML folrmatting button
and create away.

If you need something more complex, in Office 2004 (which I see you are
using) create your sig in word, choose Œsend to recipient as html¹ from the
file menu, then copy/paste the resulting message into a signature window.

Note that the HTML will only display in HTML messages!
