HTML stationery images not working

I created an HTML file with our logo and one other image.
I put these files in the folder: Application
Data>Microsoft>Stationery

The <AHREF> for the images in the HTML file don't specify
a folder, they are just: logo.jpg

How do I get Outlook Stationery to use the logo in my HTML
stationery?
