HTML Text Displays in Sent Mail

I am using an Apple G4 computer with Mac OS 10.2. I am using Microsoft
Entourage v.X and whenever I send an email, there is a message like
this at the top:
"=?ISO-8859-1?B?qs/POiDYA2Zu0L//2bA=?=
Content-type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII"
Content-transfer-encoding: 7bit"

How do I remove this from the top of all my emails? When I use it in
HTML format, there is a whole bunch of code being displayed at the
bottom of an email.

Is there some setting that needs to be changed?

Download and install the latest Office X update, which is 10.1.6. It's
available from Microsoft.

Try rebuilding the database. In Entourage X, first go to Entourage -> Turn
Off Office Notifications. Now, quit Entourage, and then restart Entourage
holding down the Option key. When the Rebuild dialog box comes up, choose
to do a Typical Rebuild.
