hi everyone,
in trying to help someone with their problem, i ended up
doing the same thing to my outlook. running both outlook
and word 2003, with OS as XP pro.
When i choose word as my e-mail editor and the format of
the e-mail is HTML, everytime i create a new message, or
reply or forward, the view of the font is equivalent to a
14 / 16 size font, when in all actuality, it's set to
tahoma size 10. i have tried everything - changing the
font, the size, checking the settings in word... the only
time the view of the font is equivalent to the true font
size is when word is not chosen as the e-mail editor. but
when it is not the e-mail editor, the signature is all
screwey..
any help is greatly appreciated in advance.
