HTTP Link works sometime, other time no

I hope that someone can help me, so far I have no luck.
I made up a "Tiny Url" so that people do not have to type
the long URL if they want to go to my gallery and see my
picture. The only problem is most everyone but me can get
to it ! I have Windows 98 on my Dell computer and can get
to anyplace else, but not here (below)
Does anyone have a solution to this for me ?

have not completed your site yet."

Your "images subfolder" seems to f*cked. Try uploading your pics again.

Amen to that. This "person" has no idea of the Pandora's Box he/she/it has
just opened by trying to spoof me. He/she/it may think that just because
the headers that appear in _these newsgroups_ are anonymous that he/she/it
is safe. A very very foolish mistake.
