Hyperinks in received emails don't work

I can't click on a hyperlink in an email any longer. I get the error message: "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on this computer. Please contact your system adminitrator." Well, seeing as I'm my system administrator and haven't a clue what to do, I need help. Thanks.
