Hyperlink CD for Word Documents

I have a Table of Contents that has 400 hyperlinks to individual Word Files.

I need to be able to hit the hyperlink and they open when on CD.

I am at a loss!~

What you need to do is to re-code the fields to use Relative Paths. To see how to do this, check out the solution I've posted at:
