Hyperlink Hover Text

I've created an html signature for Outlook using Frontpage. I want to
eliminate the url info when you hover over a hyperlink. I added a screentip
to the hyperlink to hide the url. In Frontpage and IE Browser it only shows
the screentip, but in Outlook it show the url and the screentip. Any ideas
on how to show only screentip?
