Hyperlink in email opens blank browser window

When I click a hyperlink in Outlook, it opens a new
browser window but does not populate the address field
and the window remains blank. I am forced to copy and
paste the address which obviously doesn't work with
hyperlinked text - only the entire url. My personal
email is (e-mail address removed). Thanks in advance.
