Hyperlink missing in 2007

I have opened a presentation,which is in Documents folder,and the
presentation is in pptx format,I given hyperlink for a shape,the hyperlink is
also located in Documents folder,then the presentation is save as as 97-2003
compatable mode to another folder,then in some cases the hyperlinks does not
work.This is occured in windows vista,powerpoint version is 2007,hyperlink is
also in pptx format.It comes in the case when hyperlink is set as relative
path.

[ie,I have opened a presentation ' presentatoin1.pptx',in this presentation
for a shape I set a hyperlink 'Presentation2.pptx'(Both presentations are on
Documents folder),Then I save as it in Desktop as 'test.ppt',then at some
cases the hyperlink off 'test.ppt' does not work.]
