Hyperlink Text to be used in linked page

Hello,
marked a word (here: "Adams") as hyperlink and need this word as input
(Author)for another page (details.asp). Don't know how to do that, so had to
put manually:

<a href="Details.asp?Author="Adams"">Adams</a>

As I have quite a huge list of names) - any idea how to do this in Frontpage
without always retyping each name in the hyperlink??

Where are the names coming from? Are they in a database? If so you could
use ASP to insert the value. Please give more details

no, they are just plain text from Word Documents.

Have you considered putting them in a database? It would make this a lot
easier. You could set up a text array from the list you have but that's
going to take some work.
