Hyperlinking to a URL

I created a link to a URL which gives access to a menu to
play a video. I do not have the actual video file. The
link works fine as it comes up in IE, and you then click
the play Icon to play the video. My question is the only
way to get back to the presentation is by closing IE, or
using alt-tab. Is there a way to exit easier? to advance
the rest of your slides. Or do I need get the actual Video
file for better control?
