I have been trying to create an html email in Netscape 7.1. I created
my code in Dreamweaver and have been pasting the code via the
Insert/HTML menu item in Netscape mail. The email has one image
hyperlinked and hyperlinks for email response and to a website. It
works beautifully in Apple mail and in Outlook for Windows. However,
when the mail is viewed by Entourage in Mac the hyperlinks do
something peculiar. Rather than making the text or image that I assign
to being a hyperlink, Entourage displays the link as a literal link
beside the image or text. I have pasted an example of the forward that
I received from the person that is viewing the email in Entourage for
Mac.

As you can see the link is displayed almost like a tag beside what I
want hyperlinked. For reference I will past in the actual html code I
am using for these lines:
<p align="left"><font size="-1" face="Arial, Helvetica,
sans-serif"><br>
<a href="http://216.171.137.67/cvaemail/hotwire.pdf"><img

height="81" border="0"></a><br>
</font><strong><font size="-1" face="Arial, Helvetica,
