I run Win XP Home and Outlook 2003. When I receive an e-
mail with a hyperlink, when I try to click on it, a
message pops up that says "This operation has been
cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer." It's got to be due to some setting in Outlook
or some OS patch I've applied, but I can't figure out how
to fix it.
Does anybody know how I can make hyperlinks work again?
