If I build an HTML email with links that specify the same target, when users
click on a link from within Outlook, it launches a new separate IE window
each time.
If I save the email as HTML and run it, every link will pop in the same
window, which is what I want to happen.
Is there something to force Outlook to recognize the TARGET attribute?
