Hyperlinks in Outlook 2003 Client

Hi

We have a user running office 2000 with outlook 2003 client. When typing a
new mail and trying to insert a hyperlink(Ctrl K) it does not give him the
option to add a file as a link. I know in Outlook 2003 you can use word 2003
as your e mail editor which allows you to do this under
tools....options....mail format, but he is using office 2000 with outlook
2003 client.

Oh yes he is running Win XP SP2
Any ideas???

You must use the same Office/Outlook versions to use this option. Word 2003
must be installed.
