After functioning correctly for over a year, my Outlook XP
has recently stopped connecting to the internet when I
click on a hyperlink in my e-mail. This is the message I
get: "This operation has been cancelled due to
restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact
your system administrator." I'm not on a LAN and don't
have a system administrator. Something has been reset
without my knowledge. Can somebody tell me how to access a
hyperlink manager in Outlook so I can remove the restriction?
