F Fumei2 via OfficeKB.com Jan 26, 2010 #2 I may be wrong, but I think when you convert (using most converters) Word docs are converted into a "flat" PDF. No hyperlinks. I believe you would need a full version of Adobe Acrobat to retain things like that. But again, I am not entirely sure.
