Hyperlinks not working in OL2003

When I click a webpage link in an HTML message, IE opens
up but does not navigate to the page. It just shows a
blank white page. Nothing.

There is no IE malfunction I can see. It just seems to
not carry the URL info into IE when I click.?

Any ideas?

Do you have a pop-up blocker installed? Try disabling it and see if it works
then. Note that the Google Toolbar also holds a pop-up blocker.

No pop-up blockers. Or google bar. I get pop ups all the
time. This just started yesterday, and I have used OL2003
for quite a while.
