a user is sending an internal e-mail with a Hyperlink to a document on a network shared directory. The e-mail message leaves looking like a Hyperlink but the recipient's email does not show as a hyperlink unless they use the reply function to respond. Once the Reply e-mail window opens the Hyperlink appears like and works like it should. This email will go to approx 10 people and only 3 will be able to open it in the originally sent e-mail. Have tried searching MS Support but have not been successful in finding a solution.
