Hyperlinks

I’m setting up a newsletter in Publisher 2007. This will be sent out
electronically. Eventually via PDF.
However, the copy that was sent to me via e-mail including hyperlinks, the
links did not retain when pasting into Publisher.
So, I can manually right click the link and open the website, but how can I
get this to be automatic?
